Stella is an ode to the bistros dotted along the Mediterranean Sea. We take inspiration from the wine regions of France, Italy, Spain and Greece and marry those influences into a unique cuisine. 

While fish, meat and game are an important part of our culinary repertoire, vegetables are our first love. Most of all, we love simple yet big flavors cooked over open fire.
